• Claims are managed by our experienced claims teams, in-house professionals within our operating subsidiaries aligned with each of our specialty product lines. The team employs consistent standards across products and geographies established and monitored by our Chief Claims Officer, Catherine Kalaydjian.
• We don’t wait until you experience a loss to introduce you to our claims team. We assign a dedicated claims representative to each client account.
• Endurance was a leader in introducing paperless claims processing - we currently handle nearly all claims electronically. We led the industry in allowing our clients to submit their 2005 hurricane claims electronically, dramatically speeding up the claims process. Today, more than 90% of our claims are submitted on-line.

• In addition to handling claims, our claims staff conducts numerous audits of our insurance company clients throughout the year. As part of this process we provide our clients with independent claims analysis, perspective on mutual reserve philosophies, recommendations on third party consultants and attorneys, and overall ideas on improved loss notification processes.
