Win Hotchkiss
Senior Vice President, Capital Markets
Mr. Hotchkiss is responsible for spearheading Endurance’s initiative to evaluate and drive alternative insurance and reinsurance capital markets solutions on a global basis. This encompasses initiatives and business opportunities that are closely aligned with assuming or ceding reinsurance risk, but are transacted in a form different from traditional reinsurance.
Mr. Hotchkiss joined Endurance in December 2007 with twenty-five years experience as an insurance private equity investor, banker, broker and underwriter. Prior to Endurance, Mr. Hotchkiss was President of Financial Capital Advisors LLC, a firm he founded to advise investors on insurance investments and insurance executives on corporate finance matters. Previously, Mr. Hotchkiss spent seven years as a Principal at Marsh & McLennan Capital and five years with the Conning Capital Funds. Mr. Hotchkiss’ early career consisted of eight years of commercial insurance and reinsurance broking and underwriting at Guy Carpenter & Co., Marsh & McLennan and AIG. Mr. Hotchkiss holds a BA from Connecticut College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
